Meet Dr. Richard Keim, Jr.
Dr. Richard Paul Keim is originally from the Midwest, born and raised in Kansas City. He followed his father’s footsteps into the dental field, and has been proud to provide state-of-the-art dental surgery since 1992. In 2007, he joined North Georgia Dentures & Implants, where he performs dentoalveolar surgery with an emphasis on dental implants, from mini implants to full-mouth reconstruction as well as All-on-4® implant-supported dentures. Dr. Keim practices with a keen awareness of his patients’ individual needs and goals, and finds great satisfaction in seeing his patients smile as a result of his hard work and dedication.
Dr. Keim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry Department of Oral Surgery, where he also served as a teaching assistant in the Dental Occlusion and Morphology Laboratory.
Dr. Keim received post-graduate training through a General Practice Residency at Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. In order to earn his oral and maxillofacial surgery certification, Dr. Keim completed a specialty residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Keim and his wife, Tami, have been married for 22 years and have one daughter in high school and one daughter in middle school. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities including golf, tennis, and swimming. In his free time, Dr. Keim stays close to his roots as an avid fan of Chiefs, the Royals, and the Jayhawks. He loves Kansas City barbeque, including Gates, JackStack, and Oklahoma Joe’s.
